WARRANTY INFORMATION
Manufacturer and Extended Warranties
All of our products come with an original manufacturer warranty unless otherwise is stated on the product information page. You can choose to purchase Extended Warranty for selected items during the checkout process. Extended Warranty is offered on all the products sold at both, the sales center and the website.
Protection Plus Additional Service Plan
You have just invested in some of the finest products available and secured it to the largest customer service network of its kind. Please take a moment to review your coverage. You will also find the procedures you need to follow in order to make a claim.
What is Covered
Protection Plus is fully insured and is specifically designed to cover its customers against costly repair bills. It warrants against defects in material and workmanship, for the specified number of years after the manufacturer's commitment has been filled. We highly recommend you retain your manufacturer's warranty to help eliminate any confusion in the future.
Transferable
Protection Plus is transferable free of charge, person to person. Merely contact Appliance Canada to make the necessary arrangements. Renewable
Protection Plus is guaranteed renewable. For continued coverage you can easily contact Appliance Canada. A friendly reminder will be sent to you 90 days prior to expiry.
No Deductible
On service calls, there is no limit to the cost of repairs and no limit to the number of service calls that can be made during the course of your additional warranty coverage. This assures more peace of mind and big savings for you.
Protection Plus: How to make a claim
Making a claim is as simple as calling our toll free customer service line at 1-800-290-9029. Simply have your Protection Plus identification number, which is printed on your certificate, ready when you place your call. One of our customer service representatives will assist you and refer you to a nearby authorized service centre. Protection Plus and its network of service representatives work hard to provide total customer satisfaction as well as peace of mind!

Returns & Exchanges
At Appliance Canada customer satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to find an effective solution for each and every return or exchange.
RETURNS
Returns of any kind will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any item returned to us without prior authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
We will be happy to authorize a return for an exchange on any product as long as it can be restocked or returned to the manufacturer for reimbursement. If the product is defined as returnable in the previous sections
If you receive a Defective Product
• All merchandise sold by Appliance Canada is covered by a Manufacturer parts & labor warranty and/or an Extended Service Warranty Contract if purchased.
If the item is found to be defective after delivery our Service Department will provide factory authorized service to correct the problem.
• All warranties are between the manufacturer or service plan administrator and the end user customer. Appliance Canada does not make any expressed or implied warranties.
• Refunds or Exchanges on defective products will be handled on a case by case basis and will not be processed without Manufacturer authorization.
• Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your merchandise.
Built In Appliances & Special Order Merchandise
• Any appliances not listed in our online store as well as most built in appliances such as cooktops, wall ovens, hoods, etc., are considered special order items.
• Returned items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
• All return items must be returned in the original factory packaging and must receive prior authorization as described above.
• In the case of hidden factory damage or defect, Appliance Canada will assist you in every reasonable way in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty to resolve the problem.
To Obtain Return Authorization
You will need to know your product's model and serial numbers, the date it was delivered, your original invoice number, and the name of any service companies other than Appliance Canada that have looked at your appliance.

Service and Repairs
We are happy to provide a technician for any home appliance service, installation or repair job of your old or new appliances.
Installation Services
We can schedule a technician to come in and install your newly purchased appliances; however there is no obligation to use Appliance Canada assigned technician for installation. We make these services available in consideration for the convenience of our appreciated customers. Appliance Canada highly recommends that you use services of a certified technician for any installation job.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery cost within the GTA and surrounding areas are included with all appliance purchases. Delivery includes: Setting appliance(s) in place and removal of all packaging materials. Removal of old appliances is subject to a fee determined by the driver's discretion.
Deliveries outside the GTA and surrounding areas may be subject to shipping cost; cost will be determined based on location and number of pieces.

Please note: All items found in the "Deal Section" are offered by Appliance Warehouse Direct and the free delivery option does not apply to these items. Delivery quotes and service for these items has to be ordered separately. Pickup is available from our warehouse.

Return Policy
We understand customers need to know that if they are not satisfied with a product it can be returned or exchanged. Orville's will work with each customer to authorize a return if we can return the product to the manufacturer for credit or replacement. Should you require manufacturer approval we will be happy to assist you with phone numbers and copies of invoices as necessary.

If you are Dissatisfied with your ProductProducts that are not defective but not to the customer's liking may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of taking delivery as long as the merchandise is in new, unused condition.
The item cannot be stained or scratched and must include all instruction manuals and documentation that was shipped with the product.
The product and packaging must be in the exact same condition as when it was received by you.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Orville's is pleased to offer our customers professional reinstallation of replacement appliances as well as new custom installation. Our installers are factory trained and certified to install 6 days a week. We even offer next day re-installation for dishwashers.
PLEASE NOTE: Orvilles will not complete any installation that requires alterations to your circuit/fuse box. This may be required for any "NEW" installation because most appliances are required to have their own dedicated circuit.
Estimates
There is a $25 Fee for ALL Estimates which take place PRIOR to purchasing your appliance(s). This fee is applicable to the final installation cost.
All Professional Appliances & New or Custom Installations require an On-Site Estimate.
