  4. What are the Shipping Charges to get my purchase(s) delivered?
    Delivery cost within the GTA and surrounding areas are included with all appliance purchases. Delivery includes: Setting appliance(s) in place and removal of all packaging materials. Removal of old appliances is subject to a fee determined at the driver’s discretion. Deliveries outside the GTA and surrounding areas may be subject to shipping cost; cost will be determined based on location and number of pieces.

  5. Is there warranty on your products?
    Yes, there's a full manufacturer warranty with each item that Appliance Canada sells unless otherwise is stated on the product details listing (i.e. scratch and dent category will often have different warranty terms on each individual item).

    We also offer an up to five years extended warranty from one of the canadian top warranty providers. Click here to read our extended warranty terms and conditions.

  6. Can I place an order through your website and what payment methods do you accept on the website?
    Yes, you can place an order through our site. It is quick, easy and very safe.
    All of the personal and other confidential information transmittance is secured with a 256-bit SSL encryption.

  7. Are you really Canadian based?
    Yes, we are owned and operated. Being a Canadian major home appliance seller based out of Toronto, Ontario we have to charge GST and PST on all sales in Ontario excluding Energy Star items that we have to charge PST only. Our sales center is located in Toronto, Ontario, pickup from the center can be arranged and is free of charge.

  8. What taxes do I have to pay on my order?
    Since we are a Canadian company based out of Toronto, Ontario we must charge PST (8%) and GST (5%) on all orders except the Energy Star products that we will charge PST only. GST is also charged on shipping/delivery charges (if you choose to get your purchase(s) shipped to you, not applicable for pickups).
