ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com website is open for shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Where's your sales center?
It is located at 951 Wilson Avenue Unit 17, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (near the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Keele Street, just east of Keele street). ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com has some selection of stocked inventory that is available for immediate pickup at the sales center location. We also have a Clearance Center located at 430 Tapscott Road, Scarbourough, Ontario. It is open 9am to 9pm every day except holidays.

You can choose to place an order by either placing it through our website, telephone, mail or fax your order in.

What are the Shipping Charges to get my purchase(s) delivered?
Pickup from our sales center in Toronto, Ontario is available free of charge. While we sell all across North America, we offer fixed fee local shipping for $59.95 within Toronto and GTA areas only. Shipping anywhere within Ontario but outside of GTA will be $300.00 for each order. Shipping quotes to the remote destinations must be requested before the order can be processed or the pickup date and time have to be pre-arranged.
Delivery within Toronto and GTA (including the following cities: Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Scarbourough, North York, Etobicoke, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Concord, Woodbridge, Vaughaun and Pickering, please call us to get the rate to your city) is $59.95. Delivery within the Ontario is $300.00. For a quick estimate on delivery outside of Ontario, please call 1-866-549-3322.

Is there warranty on your products?
Yes, there's a full manufacturer warranty with each item that we sell unless otherwise is stated on the product details listing (i.e. scratch and dent category will often have different warranty terms on each individual item).

Yes, you can place an order through our site. It is quick, easy and very safe.
All of the personal and other confidential information transmittance is secured with a 256-bit SSL encryption.

Are you really Canadian based?
Yes, we are 100% Canadian owned and operated. Being a Canadian major home appliance seller based out of Toronto, Ontario we have to charge GST and PST on all sales in Ontario excluding Energy Star items that we have to charge PST only. Our sales center is located in Toronto, Ontario, pickup from the center can be arranged and is free of charge. Shipping to most destintations in Canada can also be arranged and the cost varies depending on the destination. Toronto and GTA deliveries are $59.95 per item.

What taxes do I have to pay on my order?
Since we are a Canadian company based out of Toronto, Ontario we must charge PST (8%) and GST (6%) on all orders except the Energy Star products that we will charge PST only. GST is also charged on shipping/delivery charges (if you choose to get your purchase(s) shipped to you, not applicable for pickups).
