Feel The Mexican Burrito Fever!

by Greg Smith

It's hard to find a truly authentic burrito like the Mexican burritos. Often, I always find that I'm running into places lacking quality and quantity! Lately, I have been both shocked and delighted at some of the entrees that I have had. Here in South Florida, I am continually dining at some of the finest places I have ever been. This is really top notch quality! The mexican burrito's ingredients are quite possibly better than the ingredients of other burritos I have reviewed lately. It's hard for me to lay a finger on the exact thing that makes this burrito so good. The combinations that this burrito employs really give it a unique taste. I have never tasted anything like it!

Usually, it starts out with what type of meat you want. The choices are chicken, steak, pork, or chicken breast. When I went to try it, I asked the courteous man who worked there what he suggested. He said to go with the steak on the mexican burrito, and wow was he right!

The second truly delicious ingredient is beans. (Even more protein!) If you are a vegetarian, you can skip right to this step. You have the choice of black or brown beans, both of which are to die for. You can also opt for the black bean hummus, which is by far some of the best hummus around!

You'll want to put cheese on the mexican burrito next. The best cheese with this burrito is the delicious cheddar cheese. I am all for this great addition to the burrito. It is probably one of my favorites, as I am just crazy about cheese, and cheddar in particular!

Another really great part of of this burrito is sour cream. It really cools all the ingredients down and brings in a nice texture to the mexican burrito. It's a really great choice, essential to the whole taste of the burrito!

Vegetables need to be an essential part of any person's diet. So, with the mexican burrito there is no excuse. Thankfully, local burritos in South Florida are some of the best at providing crisp, fresh lettuce. It is always such a letdown when a restaurant has poor quality lettuce.

Probably the most important of all the ingredients, is salsa. Whether you like hot or mild, you will not be disappointed. The tomatoes were fresh, and everything was just fantastic. This really is a must-have!

It is nearly impossible to beat Palm Beach dining at their incredible taste in burritos. The mexican burrito is definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. I would be hard-pressed to try and find something to compare it to!

Local burritos as good as the Mexican are hard to come by. It is lucky that Florida cuisine can come up with such an excellent wheat burrito. I cannot wait to go back for more.
