Service and Repairs

We are happy to provide a technician for any home appliance service, installation or repair job of your old or new appliances (within Toronto and GTA areas). It is not necessary that these appliances were purchased from ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com. All services provided by ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com do not require prior or future contracts and/or obligations from the customer.

Installation Services

We can schedule a technician to come in and install your newly purchased appliances; however there is no obligation to use ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com assigned technician for installation. We make these services available in consideration for the convenience of our appreciated customers. ApplianceWarehouseDirect.com highly recommends that you use services of a certified technician for any installation job.

VIP Convenience Option

In order to provide you with the best shopping experience we offer this unique delivery and installation VIP service. Our driver and a certified technician will arrive at the same time to deliver your new appliances and install them. This option is offered during the checkout process however the service is dependent on the availability of the delivery and installation personnel. Date and time arrangements must be confirmed with you over the phone.

Shipping & Delivery

While we sell all across North America, we offer fixed fee local shipping within Toronto and GTA areas only. Shipping anywhere outside of the GTA but within 100km starts at $149.95 for each order. Our basic shipping charges include shipping to your front door only. Please see chart of additional shipping options below.
Shipping quotes to the remote destinations must be requested before the order can be processed or the pickup date and time have to be pre-arranged.

• Up to 100km outside of Toronto - $149.95
  This rate applies for the deliveries outside of the cities listed in the local delivery section but wihtin a hundred kilometers of Toronto;

• Package 1 - extra $39.95
  Place appliance(s) inside of the home where they are going to be installed (kitchen) main floor



• Package 2 - extra $39.95
  Remove old appliances



• Package 3 - extra $69.95
  Combination of packages 1 and 2; Place appliance(s) inside of the home where they are going to be installed (kitchen) main floor and removed the old appliances



• Package 4 - extra $79.95 - White Glove Service, BEST VALUE
  Place appliance(s) inside of the home in proper location where they are going to be installed, remove old appliances, remove packagine materials

Manufacturer and Extended Warranties

All of our products come with an original manufacturer warranty unless otherwise is stated on the product information page. You can choose to purchase Extended Warranty for selected items during the checkout process.
