The stainless steel griddle cover is for use on the gas/dual fuel ranges and/or rangetops with a 24 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate. Note: This item does not fit the Portable Griddle.

It has a two piece stainless steel cover with handle. It is for use with gas/dual fuel ranges and gas rangetops with a 24 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate (will not fit a VGGT240). It does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners (this prevents spillage into the griddle area when using the burners).
